ORDER

Can I check or access my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your package.

What should I do if I don't receive the order confirmation?

A confirmation email will be automatically sent to you within an hour of your order. Please carefully check your junk email. If you still haven't received the confirmation email, please contact us at order@antinomieparfum.com and we will be happy to help you.

How can I change my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot change your order after receiving the confirmation email. If you do not wish to keep your items, it is possible to return them to us (see delivery and return).

Is payment on the website secure?

Of course, the processing of all payments on our website is 100% secure.

What can I do if I don't receive the right product or if the product is defective?

Products can sometimes be damaged during transportation in spite of all the precautions we take on a daily basis. In the event of damage to the product, please excuse us and feel free to contact us by email at order@antinomieparfum.com along with the details of your order and a picture of the product/carton.

DELIVERY & RETURN

Is delivery free?

Antinomie offers free delivery in Metropolitan France for purchases over 70€. For purchases below this amount, you will share the shipping costs with us. These costs will be calculated automatically according to your delivery address when you checkout with your cart.

To which country does Antinomie make deliveries?

We deliver in France, in the rest of Europe and in several regions around the world.
This list may change over time depending on the various restrictions related to the health crisis and other possible bad weather conditions.

Can I track my package?

Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you with a link to track your package, as well as all the delivery steps.

My tracking number is not working?

This happens rarely, if it does, we apologise for the inconvenience. You can contact us by email at hello@antinomieparfum.com . We will do everything necessary and keep you informed as soon as possible.

How long does the product take to arrive?

The delivery duration for France is between two and four working days. Please note that this varies depending on the region you live in. For the rest of the world, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier chosen.

What is your exchange and return policy?

The return must take place within 14 days of the purchase date. Returns/exchanges must be made in their original condition and must be complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, cellophane, etc.), in new condition, along with a copy of the order form for an optimised management.

The discovery box and the pocket atomizer are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Are your products tested on animals?

At ANTINOMY we do not perform any tests on animals.

How long can I keep my perfume once it is opened?

There is no limit of use. The fragrance may change slightly over time. The color also evolves but without any risk to the use.

How can I optimise my perfume's storage?

Do not leave your perfume exposed to the sun and keep it away from heat.
